Suasum offers companies the following management tools:- Management Accounting and Costing: Following a screening of the accounting system, the Chart of Accounts and the management software are changed or enhanced to fulfil monitoring requirements and improve knowledge of the company.
- Financial Reporting: Interim financial statements are prepared quarterly or as required, and compared to the company’s business plan and budget in order to verify achievement of previously set goals and control potential deviations. Along with the client, we also identify, if any, potential remedial proceedings to be implemented. The work carried out and its results, are submitted on a suitable report.
